Welcome to Cajun hostel on the Crest! Enjoy a private room and all of the shared spaces in the home. This home is only a short walk/drive from all of the attractions that Downtown Lafayette has to offer!
Cajun Hostel on the Crest is located approximately 1 mile away from Downtown Lafayette (the city center)! This is a private room with a Queen bed. Free wine and chocolate! The house has 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and spacious living room. All amenities are provided.
The Downtown Lafayette is in the heart of Acadiana, center of Cajun culture and nightlife. The area has many restaurants, music venues, bars, and night clubs. Free high speed wireless internet and a streaming TV.
The master bedroom is in the middle of the house near the kitchen and has a queen size Serta Memory Foam mattress. It also includes access to a shared bathroom.
A door code will be sent to you with additional check in instructions. Guests have access to a private room and all of the shared spaces in the home. There is also a shared laundry area that is available for guests to use. Parking on premises is limited but street parking is always available.
Check-in and parking instructions are very detailed, 99% of our guests make it in with no issues. We might not be able to assist you after 10 PM. Please make sure you receive instructions via Airbnb app/e-mail on the day of your arrival by noon.
The neighborhood is very quiet, however, downtown Lafayette has many restaurants (Japanese sushi, French, Lebanese, Mexican, Burgers), music venues, night clubs, and bars and is only 10 blocks (approx 1 mile/1.6 km) or a 15 minute walk away. The house is located 3.4 miles (5.5 km) from the Lafayette airport and 1 mile away from the Amtrak Train Station and Greyhound Bus Station which are both Downtown.
This home is near the airport, downtown bus/train station, bikes are also popular downtown, and even use Uber or Lyft if you would like! There is plenty of available parking downtown if you have your own vehicle though!
This is a multi unit property: this includes the main house in the front and the upstairs apartment space in the back. All units have private entrances/door codes and a designated private outdoor space.
