The space included in your reservation –

You’ll have access to the Shepherds Hut and Garden Also the Indoor kitchen and bathroom. Free access to the parking space. All amenities are only for you and no other guests have access.

If you need some extra parking you can use free parking at the next-door church.

Although no other guests have access to your areas, please note you will be in close proximity to the Victorian Hayloft next door where other guests will be staying.

While you may have the accommodation to yourself, you won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip.

What’s the neighbourhood like?

Looking out, there is no mistaking that you are in the heart of a Norfolk Broadland village!

You are surrounded by countryside, fields, and thatched cottages in the distance.

Next door, is the magnificent St Helen’s Church. Also known as the Cathedral of The Broads due to the spectacular view from the top of the tower. Open 365 days a year, do climb the tower if you have a head for heights! (There are 89 steps, 2 iron ladders and a hatch!)

Ranworth is a lovely Broadland village, fronting Malthouse Broad (so-called because of the old malt houses near the pub).

It can be accessed by a dyke from the River Bure. The Green by the Staithe is a hive of activity during the summer. You can while away the hours people-watching and soaking up the scenery. There is a café and gift shop on the Green and we have discovered the best way to enjoy the view is with an ice cream in your hand!

We highly recommend you visit Ranworth Broad Nature Reserve. Choose from many wonderful walks, cycle routes, boat trips & boat hire nearby

Plus there are the best Norfolk sandy beaches a short drive away. We recommend Horsey famous for its seals, only 20 mins by car away.

You will always check into a clean apartment and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee.

By the time you arrive, you’ll have a key code sent to you. This code is from the key box with all instructions on how to access the property. In case you have any questions we are always only a call away.

We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival.

We are pet friendly and allow 1 well behaved dogs for an extra charge of £25. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet when making the booking.

Please keep wet/muddy dogs restricted to your kitchen and shower room in the indoor area which is easy to clean.

Please do not allow them into the shepherd’s hut or on soft furnishings (it does not have washable paint). Thank you.

Please do not take your dog in the field with the alpacas.

No smoking, please. (apart from the designated outside areas – use ashtrays provided)

Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry).

Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm – 8 am on a weekend.

You don’t have to worry about anything during your stay.
We know that accidents occur from time to time, resulting in damage. We would not charge for one-off crockery breakages).
We kindly ask if anything does get broken to let us know before you check out.
We are responsible for keeping the property in good repair for all our guests. We are very understanding.
