Not only is this luxurious home in a great location to take advantage of all the fun Canyon Lake has to offer (swimming, boating, fishing all less than 10 minutes away + wineries, tubing, wedding venues, and several great towns a quick drive away) but you will also have so much fun just staying in the home……Hot Tub, Smart TVs, Arcade Games (Street Fighter II & Big Buck Hunter), Shuffleboard, Pool Table, Darts, & More. If that wasn’t enough, there is high end furniture and FAST WIFI throughout!

We also have parking available to fit your boat or other water toys – Again, book this home if you want to have a great time!

★★SIMPLE CHECK-IN & DIGITAL GUIDEBOOK★★

We have traveled all over and know the struggles of navigating a new place for the first time and trying to find an Airbnb late at night after a long day of travel – that is why we provide a very easy self check-in that includes pictures and videos so you won’t feel like are in the middle of a scavenger hunt…..our Digital Guidebook also provide recommendations of the best things to do, see, and eat while in the Hill Country!

★★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★★

One of the bedrooms has a King Sized Bed, one bedroom has Queen Sized Beds, 1 bedroom has a Bunk Bed w/ Trundle Bed below it (3 beds in this room alone). There are also multiple pull out sofas so we can very comfortably fit 12 guests.

We also have a Pack N Play if you have a little one that needs their own bed.

★★LIVING AREAS★★

There are 2 large living areas – The first is elegant with an open living concept that flows into the kitchen area + a Huge Flat Screen TV and luxury couches so you can enjoy the game! The other living room is where the competitive juices will kick in – Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Foosball, Dart Board + Street Fighter II, Big Buck Hunter & a NES preloaded with a ton of games!

The open floorplan will ensure the cook is never missing out on the fun.

2.5 luxury style bathrooms means you and your friends will never need to wait on each other – each bathroom is very modern with high end fixtures. The bathroom between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom is setup in a Jack n Jill fashion with private sinks for each bedroom – the toilet and shower/tub are shared between the bedrooms.

We have a large table near the kitchen for big meals + plenty of seating outside to enjoy the great weather and views.‎

You’ll have Lightning Fast Wifi throughout the house (500 Megabytes Per Second – aka plenty fast for any streaming, zoom calls etc), Dish Network, high end cookware, full washer/dryer, and much more. We also provide a digital guidebook to make sure you have an amazing time in Canyon Lake even if it is your first time!

You will be less than a 10 minute drive from the lake (where you can swim/fish) plus we will recommend the best places to rent boats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and more to make sure you have a great time on the lake!

Again, we have plenty of room for you to park your boat/jet ski at our home & we will guide you to the closest boat ramp less than 10 minutes away.

You’ll be a short drive from several great restaurants on the lake + some of the most famous restaurants in Central Texas like Salt Lick BBQ and The Gristmill

There are dozens of great wineries within 30 minutes of the home – we will share our favorites with you!

✖ No Parties or Large Gatherings – we want you to have an amazing time at the home, but we also want to make sure we remain good neighbors, so please respect the quiet hours of 10pm – 7am and move the fun inside at night.
✖ For your security, we have Outdoor Security Cameras in the front and back of the home that record video/audio *Your privacy is extremely important to us – We never watch or listen to the footage unless we get a complaint or the property is damaged. There is also a device that monitors noise levels but doesn’t record audio (NoiseAware).
