★HOME OVERVIEW★
You’ll love this 2 Story, 2,200 Square Foot home that is 2 blocks away from Muskegon Lake & .4 Miles from Pere Marquete Park (Lake Michigan Sandy Beach). The home is a short drive to a lot of great restaurants/shops and only 25 minutes to Grand Haven if you want to take a day trip there.

★Simple Check-In and Digital Guidebook★
We have traveled all over and know the struggles of navigating a new place for the first time and trying to find an Airbnb late at night after a long day of travel – that is why we provide a very easy self check-in that includes pictures and videos so you won’t feel like are in the middle of a scavenger hunt…..we also have pictures of how everything works in the home so you’ll never wonder “how does this thing turn on”.

There are 2 living areas – both with large Smart TVs and comfortable couches. The downstairs living area has a ton of room and leads into the dining room. The upstairs living room features a very comfortable sleeper sofa and leads into the upstairs kitchenette area.

There is a large sunroom at the front of the home and a smaller one at the back of the home overlooking the outdoor seating area.

★KITCHEN & KITCHENETTE★
You will have everything you need to make meals for a large group!

Downstairs is a modern kitchen with a full-sized oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and all of the pots/pans, spices, and cooking oil you’ll need! There is also a ton of storage space for your groceries so you won’t need to leave anything out on the counter.

Upstairs is a kitchenette with a Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, Fridge, and Sink.

You will be able to walk to Muskegon Lake in 2 minutes and to Lake Michigan Beach in 10 minutes – we will provide our recommendations for SUP, kayak rentals and our favorite spots for watching a beautiful sunset!

You will have full access to the home, parking for 5 vehicles, fast wifi and much more!

Welcome to Bluffton, the small strip of Muskegon that is located between Lake Michigan and Muskegon Lake – we love it and are confident you will too!

You will be able to walk to Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan but you’ll likely want a car to run errands and to explore this beautiful area. We look forward to showing you a great time!

In an effort to be good neighbors, please keep the outdoor volume reasonable after 10pm or move the fun indoors.

This is an older home so you may notice some creaky floors, doors that stick etc – none of this will impact your stay but we wanted to let you know about it.

We are surrounded by a ton of greenery so unfortunately that means no matter how much we spray the home, a bug might sneak in to the home at some point…..if this is a deal breaker, it might be best to book somewhere else. Thanks for understanding.
