We have traveled all over and know the struggles of navigating a new country and trying to find an Airbnb late at night after a long day of travel – that is why we provide a very easy self check-in that includes pictures and videos so you won’t feel like are in the middle of a scavenger hunt…..we also have videos and pictures of how everything works in the home so you’ll never wonder “how does this thing turn on”.

Your Space:

You will have 2 remodeled (Aug 2019) Suites each with Private Bedroom with King Sized Bed, Private Kitchen, Private Bathroom, and Private Patio!

Each remodeled bathroom has a brand new sink, toilet, and glassed in shower with plenty of hot water – the kitchen has a new Fridge, 2 burner stove, pots/pans, and all of the essentials you’ll need for cooking including spices, olive oil etc.

The Suites are equipped with Wifi, Flat Screen TV with Netflix, Large Closet w/ lockbox for peace of mind, and a desk in case you need to get some work done. High quality linens, towels, and pillows are all included.

In addition to your 2 Private Suites, you will have access to the beautiful heart shaped pool surrounded by lounge chairs, the rooftop patio perfect for having a drink while watching the sunset and/or look at some of the best stars you’ll ever see, and the one acre of gardens with 2 gazebos that surround the home. All of these amenities are shared with the Owners, Pat and Josh, who are happy to give you privacy anytime you want it.

We have setup our home so you can be in your space and enjoy total privacy if you are looking for that, or you can hang out by the pool if you are looking to make some new friends…..the best of both worlds!

The Owners Pat and Josh will be available in person if you need anything – Sean will be available via text if you need anything.

Your future home is located in Runaway Bay Jamaica, perfectly situated between Montego Bay and Ochos Rios- Your Jamaican home is in an upscale golf course community with each home on a full acre of land – you will be a short ride from the following hot spots in Jamaica:

– Dunn’s River Falls – A series of gorgeous waterfalls that you can hike through – this is a don’t miss! – 20 minute drive from the house

– Dolphin Cove – Swim with dolphins…need I say more? – 20 minute drive.

– Martha Brae River – A local guide will safely steer you down a beautiful river on a bamboo raft while you sit in a love seat on the back – 40 minute drive from the home

– Mystic Mountain – Adrenaline filled Park that includes a “Jamaican Bobsled Experience, ala Cool Runnings” – 30 minute drive from the house

– Chukka Cove – ATVs, Cliff Jumping, swimming in beautiful coves – Chukka Cove has it all – 12 minute drive from the home!

– Fern Gully – Scenic drive with 300 types of ferns – 30 minutes away

– Margaritaville in Island Village – Swim up bar, water slide, margaritas and food – 25 minutes away

– Blue Hole – beautiful swimming hole with a water color you have to see to believe – 50 minutes.

Again, we will provide you with several recommendations for you to have an amazing time!

As you’ll read below, we can help with transport to these and any other places you’d like to go during your stay!

If you are comfortable driving on the left, we have plenty of room for you to park at no charge. If you would rather let someone else do the driving, Josh (one of the owners), has a large van and is normally available to take you around to the the most important sites of the island for a very fair price (we provide a price list so there are never any surprises).

If Josh is unavailable, we provide a list of trusted taxi drivers that can take you anywhere you would like to go – we will make sure you are always getting where you want to go in a safe and reliable way!

The average temperature in Jamaica is around 80 degrees F during the day with a nice ocean breeze – the nights cool off even more making it great for sleeping, especially when you use the ceiling fan and a wall fan. If necessary, we have A/C in the bedroom, however, due to the high cost of electricity, we only offer the A/C’s two hours per night….which again, should be plenty. If you would like to use them more, there will be a charge of $5 US per hour…..thanks for your understanding – this is something you’ll find in most Airbnbs and homes in Jamaica.
