Watch the sunset and sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico and Pine Island Sound – this place is better than you can even imagine! You will also see a ton of wildlife by simply looking out the windows – this is truly paradise!
â â SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONSâ â
– Master Bedroom has a King Sized Bed, Flat Screen TV w/ Netflix etc, private 3rd floor patio overlooking golf course and water on 2 sides – there is also a luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi and a shower with two shower heads.
– The downstairs bedroom also has a King Sized Bed, Flat Screen TV with Netflix etc., and private bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and large shower/bathtub. This bedroom has views of the golf course and water as well as access to the main patio.
– The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat screen tv with Netflix etc, and a patio overlooking the tennis courts. The bathroom is two steps out the bedroom door – one sink, one toilet, and a stand up shower.

LIVING AREAâ
â
Enjoy lounging on luxury furniture as you watch a huge Flatscreen TV with Netflix etc, or enjoy the view of the water and an Osprey nest out the main window – you will see the Ospreys for hours a day….it is endless entertainment.

KITCHENâ
â
You’ll have all you need to make a gourmet meal – full-sized oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (Keurig and Drip) and all appliances/cooking essentials like salt/pepper/cooking oil, you’ll have everything you can think of. The kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas so if you are the one cooking, you’ll still be in the conversation with everyone else.

BATHROOMSâ

The 3 Full Bathrooms are all very modern with high end fixtures. There is a bathroom in both Large rooms and a 3rd bathroom just outside the bedroom by the twin bedroom – this is the “shared bath” but you’ll never have to wait with 3 bathrooms.

DINING AREAâ
â
Enjoy your snacks and meals inside or out with our dining table for 8 people and another table on the screened in patio – the lanai sliding doors can be opened to allow you expand the dining room size should you need it. You can also grill out with one of the many charcoal grills located just outside.
â â We have beach chairs, a cooler, and beach umbrella for you to take to the beachâ â

You will have a simple self check in with info provided in a digital guidebook and messages before you arrive.

Located in the exclusive Land’s End development of Captiva Island, you will have views of Pine Island Sound, Redfish Pass, South Seas Resort’s Executive Golf Course and the Gulf of Mexico!
â â You are 30 second walk from the pool, 10 second walk from tennis courts and less than a 5 minute walk to Gulf of Mexico beachesâ â
You can drive your car or ride bikes all around the island to experience the best of Captiva!
You have access to the Land’s End Village tennis courts, pool, hot tub, fitness center, all Gulf of Mexico beaches. You wonât have access to the Big Pool, Golf Course, or South Seas Member Restaurants – You will have access to all restaurants outside the gate including Mucky Duck, Bubble Room, and Doc Ford’s – which are our personal favorites!
If you would like access to all of the amenities – you can book with South Seas directly starting at $1,100/night in the offseason for a similar unit.
We are surrounded by a ton of greenery so unfortunately that means no matter how much we spray the home (monthly by HOA), a bug might sneak in to the home at some point…..if this is a deal breaker, it might be best to book somewhere else. Thanks for understanding.
