You will have everything you need to make meals for a large group – Modern kitchen with a full-sized oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Kuerig Coffee maker and all of the pots/pans, salt/pepper, olive oil you’ll need!

There is also an Amazon Show & helpful charging station for your phones.

3 Full bathrooms (including one with a TV above the bathtub) + another 1/2 bathroom means you and your friends will never need to wait on each other – we provide hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels.

There is also a washer and dryer & iron and ironing board that you are welcome to use.

There are multiple dining areas – stylish area with green walls and chandelier (6/8 people), kitchen table and bar seating (8-10), and even the outdoor coffee tables if you want to eat outside!

You’ll have Lightning Fast Wifi throughout the house (400 Megabytes Per Second – aka plenty fast for any streaming, zoom calls etc), 8 Smart TVs, Cable, Bluetooth Speakers throughout the home, high end cookware, full washer/dryer, voice activated lights and much more…..this place is AMAZING, just check out the photos!

This neighborhood is very safe – 4 Spots in driveway + 1 on curb….sorry, we can’t accommodate boats or trailers.

✖ For your security, we have Outdoor Security Cameras in the front and back of the home that record video/audio *Your privacy is extremely important to us – We never watch or listen to the footage unless we get a complaint or the property is damaged. There is also a device that monitors noise levels but doesn’t record audio (NoiseAware).
