The building where our apartment is located has 24 hour surveillance staff and closed circuit television in common areas; Additionally, we have a doorbell with camera at the entrance of the apartment for additional safety and tranquility of our guests.

We offer free parking in the building for small to medium size cars or compact SUV; in case your car is bigger, do not worry, we can provide you with a free and safe parking space where you can leave your car during your entire stay, which is only 8 minutes walk from the apartment.

We are available at all times to attend any questions, concerns, inquiries and give recommendations for restaurants, super markets, shopping centers near the apartment and neightborhood.

Our apartment is located in Coyoacan which is in the south part of Mexico City.

The Historic Center of Coyoacan is an intellectual and bohemian neighborhood that is only 15 minutes by car from the apartment, there you can find excellent cafes, restaurants, bars, museums, colonial churches, popular markets, Mexican handcrafts and access to the turistic train and bus. This makes this place unique and a must go when visiting Mexico City.

In the surroundings of Coyoacan are several museum options such as the National Museum of Interventions, the Anahuacalli Museum (Diego Rivera’s studio), the National Museum of Watercolor, the House of Leon Trotsky Museum, the Frida Kahlo Museum (The Blue House), the University Museum of Contemporary Art and the University Cultural Center.

Lastly, the headquarters of educational institutions in Mexico, such as the UNAM and the Autonomous Metropolitan University (UAM) and the majestic Azteca Stadium are also located in Coyoacan.

The apartment is located between two main avenues, easily accessible and with transportation options such as Uber, Cabify, light rail (5 minutes walk: Nezahualpilli station) and safe taxi alternatives.

It is important to highlight the apartment is NOT shared with other guests so it will be available to you entirely during the booking period of the stay.

Booking Rules: - You must have a verified Airbnb profile, a history of positive reviews and be 18+ to request to book this stay. - You must enter a complete message when submitting your request to book, be sure to let us know what brings you to Coyoacán, CDMX and who will be joining your stay. - Due to the strict access protocol to the building and the current administration rules you must provide an official government-issued ID (Passport or INE) photo trough the Airbnb messaging app at least 72 hours prior the check in date; this will also apply to all adult guests (18+ years) that are confirmed to stay during the reservation as well as any guest visitors. House and Building Rules: - Please note that there is an ongoing construction in an adjacent terrain aside of the building therefore construction noises might be heard during the day. - There are security cameras located in the common areas of the building as well as a video doorbell camera at the main entrance of our apartment pointing outside. - Because of COVID sanitary measures and building rules, the use of face masks in mandatory for all guests and visitors while in the common areas of the building - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am; kindly avoid loud music and noises during this period in respect to our neighbors. - As part of our commitment to be good neighbors, we use NoiseAware that is a noise monitoring service for privacy protection. NoiseAware measures decibel levels in the same way that a thermostat measures temperature. NoiseAware never generates, stores, records or transmits audio files of any kind. Anonymous information about noise incidents could be shared with Airbnb. - Smoking, vaping, drugs or illegal activities inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building are strictly forbidden. - Parties, events or large gatherings of any type are strictly forbidden - There won't be accommodation for additional guests visitors to those confirmed in the reservation - We kindly ask you not to dispose used toilet paper or hygienic pads in the WC; instead, please use the garbage container located in the bathroom. - Please do not use the towels to remove make up since this makes them difficult to wash; instead, we will provide courtesy disposable make up remover pads for you. If you bring your car: - Every guest must provide the brand, model, color and plates number of the car at least 72 hours prior your check-in, this information will be shared with our security staff for identification. - Our parking space is located in the lower level of a shared staking car storage and thus limited in size so please make sure your car meets the dimensions of the parking space as per below: High: 1.80 meters / 5.9 feet max Long: 5.0 meters / 16.4 feet max Width: 1.90 meters / 6.2 feet max - Please avoid loud music while inside the parking space area, observe the 10 km/s speed and do not use the horn to get in or out the building - Our security staff will be in charge of opening the automated gate to get in and out of the building This is our home and we have put a lot of time and effort in creating this warm space for our lovely guests so please treat it with care and respect.
