HEATING/COOLING
There is a ceiling fan and gas heater in the lounge room. There is a split system aircon in the dining area that is great for heating and cooling the home.

THE LOCATION
Located around the corner from the famous Byng St Cafe and a stone’s throw from the CBD, you really won’t need to use your car.

Within 2 blocks you’ll find the CBD, Cook Park, Zona, Byng St Cafe, Anything Grows, the Union Bank Bar and Restaurant, Lolli Redinis (hatted) Restaurant, Duntryleague Golf Course and the Greenhouse of Orange.

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.
