Mixed dorm room with 4 bunks beds that are typically occupied by men. This bunk is a bottom single bed. House has 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and spacious living room. All amenities are shared with other guests in the house. Located 1.1 mile away from Downtown Lafayette.

This room is located just 10 blocks (approximately 1.0mile) or a 15-minute walk from downtown Lafayette, Louisiana. Downtown Lafayette is in the heart of Acadiana center of Cajun culture and nightlife. The area has many restaurants, music venues, bars, and night clubs. Free high-speed wireless internet and cable TV.

This is a shared room that is not closed off to the rest of the house and opens up into the dining room. There are two shared bathrooms in the house, one with an antique claw foot bathtub (no shower) and another in the back of the house with a shower that can be used any time.

You will have access to 2 bathrooms, a full-service kitchen, office space, clothes washer and a coin-operated dryer that will be shared with the owner and/or other guests. Central air conditioning and heat, high-speed fiber optic wireless internet and cable TV. Large covered parking for one car, and space for a second car in uncovered side yard.

Check-in and parking instructions are very detailed, 99% of our guests make it in with no issues. We might not be able to assist you after 10 PM. Please make sure you receive instructions via Airbnb chat on the day of your arrival by noon.

The neighborhood is very quiet, however, downtown Lafayette has many restaurants (Japanese sushi, French, Lebanese, Mexican, Burgers), music venues, night clubs, and bars and is only 10 blocks (approx 1 mile/1.6 km) or a 15 minute walk away. The house is located 3.4 miles (5.5 km) from the Lafayette airport and 1.0 mile away from the Amtrak Train Station and Greyhound Bus Station which are both Downtown.
