Welcome to the Studio Garfield! This studio is located right in the heart of Downtown Lafayette. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy a short walk to all of the attractions of downtown Lafayette! It is a fully furnished studio apartment with a memory foam mattress and has its own kitchen and bathroom. Festivities, bars, and awesome local restaurants are all walking distance. Free parking is also provided.

This fully furnished Studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Lafayette. It is an upstairs studio hidden nicely behind a duplex apartment. Walking out of the apartment, you are in viewing distance of the very popular Parc San Souci which hosts various live music events and festivals throughout the year. This is also one of the most popular Mardi Gras parade route neighborhoods as you will quickly notice with the remnants of Mardi Gras beads from several years past.

There is a noise machine available for guest use for moderate noise levels due to nearby parking and nightlife.

This studio is approximately 400 square feet of living area. Full kitchen and private bathroom as seen in the pictures. There is a queen size bed which sleeps two persons comfortably.

There is free off-street parking available near the studio.

A door code will be sent to you with additional check in instructions. Guests have access to a private studio. Parking on premises is located within gated parking. Guest should park as close to the entrance of the studio as possible. There will be others using this busy parking lot.

Check-in and parking instructions are very detailed. 99% of our guests make it in with no issues. We might not be able to assist you after 10 PM. Please make sure you receive instructions via Airbnb app/e-mail on the day of your arrival by noon.

The neighborhood is in the popular downtown area of Lafayette, La. This historic neighborhood is generally quiet during the day with light to moderate foot traffic and occasional bicycles. However, guests can expect moderate noise due to nearby railroads, parking and nightlife. Perfect for guests that want to experience all of the attractions of downtown! All shops, restaurants, and attractions are only a short walk away! There is additional parking downtown (parking meters and towers) if you wish to drive instead.

This home is near the airport, downtown bus/train station, bikes are also popular downtown, and even use Uber or Lyft if you would like! There is plenty of available parking downtown (meters and towers) if you have your own vehicle!

This is a multi unit property: this includes the main house in the front and the upstairs studio apartment space in the back. All units have private entrances/door codes and a designated private outdoor space.
