Welcome to the Loft! This private upstairs studio apartment exactly 1 mile from all of the attractions of downtown Lafayette!
The private loft is upstairs and has a huge balcony. All amenities are provided for guests. There is a full kitchen and bathroom. A comfortable Queen size bed with brand new memory foam mattress and pillows. The second bed is a futon that can accommodate additional guest.
A door code will be sent to you with additional check in instructions. Guests have access to an entire private studio. Parking on premises is limited but street parking is always available. All amenities are provided for guests!
We have a self-check-in policy, however, we might not be available to assist you after 10 PM
The neighborhood is in the popular downtown area of Lafayette, La. This historic area is generally quiet during the day with light to moderate foot traffic and occasional bicycles. Perfect for guests that want to experience all of the attractions of downtown! All shops, restaurants, and attractions are only a short walk/drive away!
This home is near the airport, downtown bus/train station, bikes are also popular downtown, and even use Uber or Lyft if you would like! There is plenty of available parking downtown if you have your own vehicle though!
This is a multi unit property: this includes the main house in the front and the upstairs apartment space in the back. There is also a third studio space located in the back of the covered patio. All units have private entrances/door codes and a designated private outdoor space.
