HOME OVERVIEW

This beautiful house has three bedrooms: one with a king size bed, and the two others with queen size beds. The internet is blazing fast at 300 MB/S over Wifi (up to a 1GB per Second if plugged in direct) – we have a dedicated work desk with plug in monitor if you want a second screen or larger screen while working remotely.

We have a large TV with access to Netflix and Hulu as well as a very comfortable couch your can curl up in after a long day of exploring Austin. You can use the washer and dryer whenever you want. We offer complimentary, organic coffee and tea, as well as soap and shampoo.

We can also provide a crib if you travel with small children. On the secluded backyard deck you can lazily lounge while sipping your favorite beverage.

We have traveled all over and know the struggles of navigating a new place for the first time and trying to find an Airbnb late at night after a long day of travel – that is why we provide a very easy self check-in that includes pictures and videos so you won’t feel like are in the middle of a scavenger hunt…..we will make sure your time in Austin is great from start to finish!

There is 1 Full Bathroom – we provide towels, shampoo, conditioner etc.

We have a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use – there should be plenty of detergant for you as well.

WIFI & COMPUTER MONITOR

The home has blazing fast 300 MB per Second WiFi (1GB Speed if you plug in directly to the router). We also have a desk with a computer monitor that you are welcome to plug your laptop into if you need a second screen

KITCHEN

This fully stocked kitchen will have all you need to cook a great meal for your family. There are also indoor and outdoor dining tables so you have a few options depending on the weather.

LIVING ROOM & SMART TV

Lounge on our comfy wraparound and binge your favorite shows on our smart tv during those hot Texas days so you can be ready for the fun night ahead.

OUTDOOR PATIO

Kick back on the patio furniture and enjoy a cocktail while enjoying the quiet neighborhood…..just do your part by bringing the fun inside at 10pm so we can make sure to stay good neighbors. Thanks for your help with this!

We will not be on the property during your stay but are only a short call away.

Welcome to our diverse and unique neighborhood: Cherrywood. The cute houses and creative gardens coupled with friendly neighbors gives our area a quintessential old-school Austin feel while still being very close to Downtown!

Downtown is a 5-10 minute ride-share trip away. The bus system is easily accessible and scooters (such as lime and bird) can be found on many corners. UT Austin is within walking distance.

Please note that the property is located in a residential neighborhood. If you use the outside areas after 10pm, please keep the volume low.

Additional guests or events of any kind are not allowed.

Smoking inside results in a 250$ charge to cover cleaning costs.
