When staying for work, you can easily access Bell street, one of the main roads connecting the northern suburbs of Melbourne. It also takes you straight to the airport. Staying for a week or more is easy as you can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and buy groceries at the supermarkets just 600 m from the apartment.

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED: (not even really quiet ones). This will result in immediate eviction without refund. NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE: Please smoke outside the premises in designated areas and thoughtfully dispose of cigarettes. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $1000 fine plus the cost of a specialized odour-removal clean. QUIET HOURS - No noise after 10pm and before 7am in the building. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOWED ON PREMISES: No exception. MANDATORY REPORTING: All suspicious activity with be reported to the authorities. LOST KEYS - In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account. If the cleaner’s or property manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply. CHECK OUT TIME - Check-out time is 10am. If the cleaner is not able to clean on time, a delayed entry fee may apply. If you require late check-out, please contact the host 72 hours before check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. LEFT ITEMS - If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time. AMENITIES - We provide toiletries that may last for 2 days. If additional supplies are needed, we are able to replenish for a fee if stocks are available. Feel free to visit the nearest grocery store should you wish to restock for yourself. PROPERTY DAMAGE - Take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premise. Leaving dishes unwashed or having food items out in the open tend to attract pests and insects that may require pest control. This may be charged to your account as applicable. ONLY THOISE ON THE BOOKING CAN STAY - only guests on the original booking can stay over night in the property.
