Caloundra is home to great restaurants, cafes and boutiques all only a short stroll or drive away. Right next to the beautiful Kings Beach lagoon. The surrounding beaches are popular with swimmers and surfers and you are sure to catch a fish from the boardwalk at Bulcock Beach, the boardwalk extends from Golden Beach overlooking Bribie Island to Bokarina Beach. A great place to walk or bike ride.

Plenty of parking and public transport available.
The Caloundra Transit centre is 200 metres away, buses leave from there regularly to Landsborough Train Station, linking Brisbane and Nambour, buses also depart to Maroochydore and Noosa.
