This lovely bright, north-facing and fresh two-bedroom villa is the perfect home away from home to base yourself on your next trip to Orange.

Practical, spacious and complimented with thoughtful touches, this villa contains everything you need for a comfortable stay whether it be for work or leisure.

Here you will be within easy walking distance to some of Orange’s great cafes, parks and the Aquatic Centre.

Outdoor area not suited for young children. Suitable for school aged children.

HEATING/COOLING
The Villa has ducted heating and fans for each bedroom. The house is well insulated keeping it warm in winter and cool in summer.

THE LOCATION
Located just down from the Aquatic Centre, we are sure you will love taking your family and friends for a quick dip in the indoor or outdoor pool.

Within 3-4 blocks you’ll find the CBD, Orange City Bowling Club, Putt Putt Golf, Cook Park, Zona, Sweet Sour Salt, Bissys Cafe, Anything Grows Cafe, Duntryleague Golf Course and Birdie Noshery & Drinking Est.

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Guests will have access to the entire villa but not the garage for the duration of their stay.

I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
