This sleek, contemporary Chicago home was designed for the discerning business traveler. Located close to the McCormick Place Conference Center, The University of Chicago, Northwestern University’s downtown campus, several major hospitals, and the downtown business hub, it’s an ideal space for professionals that are in town for conferences, work trips, or retreats. With room for up to eight people— there are four bedrooms for privacy and peace. Longer stays are welcome.

You’ll be about a two-minute drive to McCormick Place, the boat harbor and lakefront, the Wintrust Arena, Guaranteed Rate Stadium, Soldiers Field, and the Museum Campus. It’s also a short ride to Hyde Park, Chinatown, or Michigan Avenue.

For your health and safety, we have enacted a strict cleaning and disinfecting protocol which includes special attention to high-touch surfaces, a hot water laundry and hot air drying process as well as a three day restriction between stays.
You’ll have complete access to the entire home during your stay including the private roof deck off the kitchen and the secured, gated attached garage.
I will be available via text, phone or email during your stay, however I will not be on-site unless there is an emergency.
The house is on a tree-lined street surrounded by green parkways. Walk, Divvy or ride-share to McCormick Place/Wintrust Arena and the lake. The grocery store is one block away. It’s close to everything Chicago is famous for—the lakefront, restaurants, shops, and sightseeing.
I am conveniently located near many forms of public transportation including city buses, elevated trains and commuter train lines. There’s a Divvy station in the next block and plenty of taxis in the area-delivering travelers to nearby McCormick Place Convention Center. Ride-share options are always within a two minute arrival window (use my referral Lyft referral code PAMELA791565).
This home has a keyless entry system. Guests will receive a personalized entry code for access via numeric keypads.
