The craftsman bungalow is just yards from the Eagleland Drive Trailhead, an access point to the River Walk to start your walking or cycling exploration of the city’s rich culture, art, restaurants, pubs, cafes and entertainment. You are in close proximity to Blue Star Arts District, South Town and the UNESCO designated Missions National Historical Park.
For parking, a small compact car can be accommodated on the driveway inside the gate, and there is ample street parking both at the front and side of the house.
This is a great neighborhood for walking and biking. Enjoy!
Guests have complete private access to the entire bungalow and amenities. Please note that the fireplace in the living room is decorative and non-working.

The well-equipped kitchen has been restored with vintage pieces and modern conveniences. The principal bedroom has a flat screen television and bathroom with a double vanity and shower. The hallway bathroom has a tub and single vanity. Guests can do a quick load of laundry using the front-load washer and dryer. Open the kitchen’s French doors and enjoy your morning coffee or favorite evening cocktail on the bistro table under the canopy covered porch. A fenced backyard with a gas grill and chiminea provides guests al fresco enjoyment.
