This amazing apartment is right in the centre of Redhill. It is very convenient, being 2 minutes’ walk for all the shops, take-away and restaurants and the many corporate offices and head offices in the area.
Redhill is a leafy market town, home to many corporate businesses.
Located right in Redhill town centre, this apartment is 2 minutes walking distance to the Belfry Shopping Centre, and 5 minutes’ walk to Redhill train station.
In fact, it’s 5 minutes’ walk to so many handy venues and shops:
Sainsbury’s, The Cooperative convenience store, Harlequin Theatre & Cinema, Redhill Library and coffee shops in the town centre. Market day is every Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9am to 4pm in the pedestrianised town centre streets, with a lovely atmosphere and attractive stalls.
The Belfry Shopping Centre has many high street names including a two floor Marks & Spencer store, The Body Shop, Top Shop and H&M.
There is a Muffin Break in the Belfry and a Costa, as well as several independent coffees shops in the pedestrianised streets in the very centre of the town.
There are several green spaces and parks and in and around Redhill town centre, and the whole area is surrounded by the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with Leith Hill and Box Hill giving stunning views of the patchwork of English countryside over to the west of Redhill if you have spare time for some outdoor life.
There are two golf courses nearby:
Reigate Hill Golf Course, located at Gatton Bottom, Reigate, England, RH2 0TU offers an 18-hole course, originally designed by golf architect David Williams. The course features many trickily placed bunkers.
Walton Heath Golf course, located at Walton on the Hill, Tadworth, KT20 7TP – this was the home to the British Masters in 2018, as selected by Justin Rose.

Redhill train station is 6 minutes’ walk away on almost entirely pedestrianised pavements through the town centre. Trains to London or Gatwick Airport leave every 10 minutes taking 7 minutes to Gatwick Airport, 20 minutes to East Croydon and 40 minutes to London Victoria and London Bridge.
Earlswood is 10 minutes and one stop away giving fast access to East Surrey Hospital.
There is no allocated parking. The station car park 5 mins walk away is £7.15 per day, £2.25 on Sundays. There is a weekly rate of £29.15 and a monthly rate of £112.70.
We’d advise it’s to unload outside the apartment on Bishops Terrace, Huntington Road and then move to the station car park as it is so close. We can also organise bookings via JustPark.com
There are many bus routes (shown in the guide) as well as taxis and the M25 is 4 miles away at the Reigate Hill /A217 junction, giving easy access to nearby towns of Dorking, Guildford and exciting tourist spots like Mercedes Benz World at Weybridge, also in Surrey.
This fabulous apartment is on the third floor with access to a lift.
Also, please kindly take note that its luxurious bathroom is not a “walk-in” style as there is a step and the shower is over the bath.

HOUSE RULES - Strictly no smoking within the apartment, or the main building. - No burning naked flames, no candles, no incense burning. - Please put all rubbish in the bins provided with a liner and put out into bin store regularly and before you leave – code for bin store outside is c2012. - Bin store is located in rear parking area in Huntingdon Road behind Queensgate building - Please make sure all soiled dishes are washed up regularly and before checkout. - Please make sure the accommodation is left locked. - Whenever you leave the apartment, please close and lock the windows, turn off the oven, iron, towel rail and boost switches before you leave.
