HEATING/COOLING
The home has ducted heating and cooling throughout and ceiling fans in all bedrooms apart from the bunk bed room.

THE LOCATION
This home is perfectly located right in the CBD so you can forget your car and walk to the best of what Orange has to offer such as our many award winning restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping, parks, bars and more!

The Train station is a short 2-3 minute walk and Wade Park is only one block away.
Some of our greatest restaurants and pubs such as Charred, Parkview, Canobolas Hotel, Mr Lims, Avido and Alfios are less than a kilometre away.

Many of our best wineries/vineyards and cellar doors are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.

I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.

Walk, Car, Taxi or Uber

– We provide firewood and gas lighters only for the firepit. Firelighters and/or kindling are the responsibility of the guest. From time to time, the lighters can be misplaced so we do ask that you bring your own just in case and reach out to us if you cannot find one upon your arrival.
