HEATING/COOLING
There is a split system in the loungeroom along with a wood faux gas heater. There is also a gas heater in the kitchen/dining room.

LOCATION
Just steps away from the front door you will find many popular coffee spots, a corner store, the famous hatted restaurant ‘Tonic’, boutique shops, a bowling club and a beauty therapist.
The museum, local playground, and sports oval with a tennis court and BBQ area is also only a short stroll away.

Millthorpe also boasts 3 beautiful cellar doors right in the centre of town. These are Angullong Wines, Tamburlaine and Slow Wine Co.

The cities of Orange and Bathurst are as close as 20-25 minutes by car.

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay but will not have access to any parking. The driveway is for the use of the neighbour only.

I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.

Millthorpe has gracefully found a balance between 21st century sophistication and 19th century charm. Not surprisingly it has attracted city dwellers and artists seeking an escape to a quieter and more sedate rural lifestyle, while still enjoying good coffee, food and the attractions which a large city can offer.
