The townhouse is relatively new, built in 2017. The house has 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with queen beds and one with a double and single bed) and 2.5 bathrooms (Toilet downstairs and two full bathrooms upstairs). The house has everything you need to make your beach holiday bliss!

You’ll have complete access to all amenities within the house, including access to lock-up garage to store bikes, surfboards etc.
I am available by phone at any time and in case of emergencies we have a property manager a few minutes drive away.
Caloundra has a variety of beaches, parks, shops and restaurants. There are street markets on a Sunday on Bulcock street (main street in Caloundra), a library, cinema and theatre.
The unit is so central and therefore getting around by public transportation is easy. Ride-share services are also prevalent in the area.
Courtesy Buses are available for Surf Lifesaving clubs (Dicky and Kings Beach), Bowls club, RSL and the Motor Boat Club.
Due to bedding configuration, size of living areas and maintaining property, we do request maximum of six adult guests at a time.

- Maximum six adult guests. The townhouse is in a residential complex so there are strictly no parties or loud events. Cars cannot be parked or left standing in the driveway at any time as this may block other resident's access to their property. There is a garage available and a visitor's car space which may be used for loading/unloading (if available). Please do not park in the visitor’s car space for an extended period. If you have more than one car it must be parked on the street.
