Moonlit Retreat is a 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom newly renovated and furnished pool home with huge views, across the street from the largest California State Park, Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.
Hike or Ride, and when Mother Nature provides, witness the Superbloom … or Explore the Canyon with the numerous 4WD , and HOV trails . Love the Arts, tour the famous Sky art sculptures and check out Borrego Springs Performing Arts Center…When the night falls, looking up is the only requirement, recognized as an International Dark Sky community…the sky has no limits.
Welcome to the Moonlit Retreat, a gorgeous new sanctuary in the picturesque and magical town of Borrego Springs.
Use of all of the home and property, except the storage container in the back where supplies are kept.

- Additional rules Weekend bookings must include both Friday and Saturday night (or rate equivalent). Guest Booking reservations must be age 25+ at the time of booking. Holidays or Events may have a 3 or 4-night minimum. Please ask. Pets are considered with a fee. The standard minimum pet fee is $50/pet/night. No pets are allowed in the pool, or a pool cleaning fee will be charged as well. PETS BY PRIOR APPROVAL ONLY. Pool heating is extra and costs $90/day. It may be requested for all or none of your stay (but we cannot heat the pool for partial stays). Our rates are only accurate 11 months in advance. If you are looking to book a reservation more than 11 months in advance, please message us for accurate rates prior to booking. Maintenance: The grounds and pool require upkeep. Cleaning and service is required to keep it in good shape. By booking, you agree that maintenance may occur during your stay. To keep our pools in good condition, they are serviced several times per week. In some cases, guests may need to exit the pool during the service, or for an hour or more after the pool is serviced and levels are balanced. Pool Controls: Please do not touch any of the pool controls. Touching other controls may result in your not being able to use or heat the pool or stop the circulation from flowing in general. Sound: Quiet hours start at 9 PM. We ask that any loud voices be brought inside at that time. Please no yelling or loud conversations outside after 9 PM; it is best to bring the group inside then. Quiet enjoyment of the pool and outside area after 9 PM is fine. Surveillance or recording devices on property. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home. There are noise volume monitors. Any Time of Day: The use or operation of any sound production device in such a manner as to disturb the peace, quiet, or comfort of any reasonable person of normal sensitivity in any area of the city is prohibited. If the neighbors can hear it, it's likely too loud, any time of day.
