Situated an easy ten minute drive from Orange CBD on a large farm surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, this three bedroom cottage really is the perfect country escape.

With three spacious bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom and a stunning living room and back patio with spectacular views, we are certain you will never want to leave this gorgeous farm stay!

HEATING/COOLING
The house has a split system in the main living area and in bedroom 2. There is also a combustion woodfire in the loungeroom.

THE LOCATION
The home is located just a short 10 minute drive into the town of Orange where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, bars, cafes, restaurants, parks and more.

Mount Canobolas is also only a 5 minute drive away where you can do a lovely lake walk and stop in at the lake kiosk and cafe, as well as the small Italian restaurant ‘Fiorinis’ – one of Orange’s best authentic Italian Restaurants that only the locals know about.

Printhie wines is only a 2 minute drive away and Nashdale Lane winery is also very close by and less than 5 minutes by car. Our other famous vineyards and cellar doors are only 10-15 minutes away.

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay. The owners live in the house next door. They have 4 little kids and they are often outside around the property or in the pool making noise. They also have dogs who are lovely and friendly but do wander around the place. There are also chooks and a rooster in a chook run.

I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.

– We provide firewood and gas lighters only for the firepit. Firelighters and/or kindling are the responsibility of the guest. From time to time, the lighters can be misplaced so we do ask that you bring your own just in case and reach out to us if you cannot find one upon your arrival.
