Experience the magic of Sunshine Coast beachfront living and wake up to the sound of waves in this fully self contained two storey beach shack. Located in the beautiful Shelly Beach area and in the perfect position being situated in a super quiet dead end street, literally steps to the ocean! Just a short drive or walk to everything needed, including amazing beaches, swimming spots, parks, coffee shops, and eateries. This is the perfect coastal getaway for two!

As you walk through the front gate you’ll find you have a secluded yard, leading you into the private entrance to the shack. This yard is shared with the property owners, who have a small friendly dog.

Upstairs: Views of the waves crashing onto the shore from the cosy open plan living/dining area and kitchen. Fitted out with most modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. There’s no stove or oven, but electric appliances are included.

All basic condiments are supplied including tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper etc. The entire wall on this level facing the bushland and ocean features glass louvre panelling, letting in stunning light, views and breezes throughout.

Downstairs: Open plan space with 1 Queen size bed and living area with TV. Ensuited bathroom with shower and toilet. All bed linen, bath towels, tea towels etc. are provided and included in the cleaning fee, you just need to bring a beach towel!

Wi-Fi

Shelly beach is a magnificent destination for holidaying and escaping the hustle and bustle of life. Put your feet up and unwind or explore the Sunshine Coast and all its many wonderful things to see and do. There are beautiful stretches of shoreline and bike/walking trails to wander endlessly along. Only a short 3 minute walk to George Watson Park, a peaceful unpopulated parkland with glimpses of ocean through the trees… this truly is such a magical part of the coastline.

The whole two storey beach shack and private yard are all of use to guests however please note the main house is privately occupied and not included, and the yard is shared with their small dog.

Shelly beach is a beautiful coastal area. The neighbourhood is extremely friendly.

Walking or driving is the best option for getting around! Plenty of paths for bike riding. Ample public transport and street parking available if needed.
