HEATING/COOLING
There is gas heating in the main areas of the home, reverse cycle system in the back bedroom, underfloor heating in both bathrooms and all beds in every room have electric blankets and woollen doonas.

THE LOCATION
Here you are conveniently located just a block away from the lovely Nile Street Cafe. Orange Tenpin bowling is a short 2 minute drive and the Alpine Stores (which contain a butcher, hairdresser, takeaway shop, cafe and mini mart) is a short 5 minute walk. Ashcrofts IGA is only a 3 minute drive away and next door is the amazing Village Bakehouse boasting some of the most amazing desserts and bread.

The CBD of Orange is less than a 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, coffee and eating out.

Our famous vineyards and cellar doors are only a 10-15 minutes drive away.

Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.
