HEATING/COOLING
The apartment has a woodfire in the lounge room along with a split system and wall heater in the dining area. Fans are also available. The apartment is double brick to help keep the home cool in the summer.

THE LOCATION
Located around the corner from the famous Byng St Cafe and a stone’s throw from the CBD, you can forget your car and walk to most things Orange has to offer.

Within a block you’ll find the CBD, Cook Park, Zona, Byng St Cafe, the Union Bank Bar and Restaurant, Lolli Redinis (hatted) Restaurant, Duntryleague Golf Course and the Greenhouse of Orange.

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.

I give my guests space but am available when needed.

Walk, Car, Taxi and Uber

– We provide firewood and gas lighters only for the firepit. Firelighters and/or kindling are the responsibility of the guest. From time to time, the lighters can be misplaced so we do ask that you bring your own just in case and reach out to us if you cannot find one upon your arrival.
