This beautiful property is situated within walking distance to Point Cartwright where you can relax and watch the boats sail along the Mooloolah River, or stroll to the lighthouse. You can take a short walk to the stunning sandy beach, swim in the calm river or surf at the point, or relax in your private pool. Perhaps you could ride your bike on the tracks along the coastline.
Fabulous coffee and healthy snacks are at trendy cafes very close by.
The outdoor dining area with a beautifully landscaped garden and two water features is perfect for family gatherings or afternoon barbecues.
Both indoor and outdoor dining tables are extension tables and each can accommodate 8 people or be shortened for more intimate dining.
The kitchen/dining and lounge area is open plan and easily accessed for outdoor entertaining.
Featuring 4 bedrooms all fitted out with comfortable Queen size beds and 3 bathrooms.
Afternoons on the upstairs deck are the ideal place to have a quiet read, drink or just chill out and watch the sunset after a day at the beach.
Air conditioning and fans are available throughout the home, but generally, the house has good flow through ventilation and catches summer breezes.
With regards to the world current concerns about the Covid19, we are going to extra lengths to disinfect all light switches, door handles, remote controls and hard services within the property.

Pernille- “Dierdre & Phil’s beautiful house was perfect for out family holiday to the Sunny Coast over the Christmas break. The Kitchen was so well supplied that cooking Christmas dinner was no problem at all, in addition to cooking several extended family meals.
The location was fantastic with a very shirt walk to both the ocean beach and the calm harbour. The garden was beautiful with great outdoor furniture and an awesome BBQ.
All towels and bedding were beautiful quality and the 4 bedrooms were all set up great. We had the aircons on when it was really hot but preferred to have the windows open to catch the cool sea breezes and hear the surf crashing on the nearby beach at night.
We will definitely be back!!”

The Mooloolah River is a great place to swim, the point is a fabulous surfing spot, walk/bike tracks 2 minutes away.
The park contains many barbecues, children’s playground and gym.
Great cafes are at your door step.
You may leave your car and walk or cycle everywhere! Beautiful surroundings. Buses are available from Kawana Shopping Centre.

- Our outside market umbrella generally stays up, but if a storm is likely please lower and secure. Also, please lower the umbrella in windy weather. Please be careful when walking on our upstairs verandah if wet, as it can be slippery. Please do not place hot pots, pans etc. on bench tops, instead use trivets and wooden breadboards provided. As this property has inside stairs, guests with young children need to be conscious of this. No glass in the pool area. Please don't sit on the lounge with sunscreen on.
