Boasting two large living spaces, an indoor fireplace, a sunroom with spectacular views and plenty of outside space for the kids to run around, we are sure you will fall in love with everything this unique cottage has to offer.

Set in the gorgeous country side, well equipped and extremely comfortable, this home away from home is perfect for a weekend getaway with friends and family.

The home has ducted heating and cooling to keep you comfortable all year round and a fireplace in the front living area.

THE LOCATION
The home is located just a short 5 minute drive into town. Within less than 10 minutes you will find yourself in the CBD where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, bars, cafes, restaurants, parks and more.

Mount Canobolas is also only a 10 minute drive away where you can do a lovely lake walk and stop in at the lake kiosk and cafe, as well as the small Italian restaurant ‘Fiorinis’ – one of Orange’s best authentic Italian Restaurants that only the locals know about.

Vineyards and Cellar Door Tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

I give my guests space but am available when needed.

Car, Taxi, Uber

– We provide firewood and gas lighters only for the firepit. Firelighters and/or kindling are the responsibility of the guest. From time to time, the lighters can be misplaced so we do ask that you bring your own just in case and reach out to us if you cannot find one upon your arrival.

There will be cherries for sale in the warmer months. If you would like to purchase a box whilst you stay, please reach out to the hosts so they can help you.
