HEATING/COOLING
This home has ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling for all year round comfort. The living room also has a gas fireplace.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan except for the 5th and 6th bedrooms, which contain pedestal fans.

THE LOCATION
The Entertainer is exceptionally located in a quiet cul-de-sac which backs onto some beautiful parks. It is also within walking distance to The Robin Hood Hotel Bistro and Kids Playground.

Within 3-4 blocks you’ll find the Duntryleague Golf Course, Byng Street Cafe, The Peacock Room & Cocktail Lounge, Kings Takeaway and 7-Eleven. The CBD is less than a 5 minute drive.

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.

Pool rules:
– Please ensure the pool gate remains closed at all times.
– Children must be fully supervised when in the pool at all times
– NO glass is to be taken into the pool area.
– The pool’s cleaning system should be removed when the pool is in use – when you are not swimming, please ensure this is placed back into the pool.
– bath towels are provided for your stay but no extra pool towels, please ensure you bring a pool towel along for your stay.
– our swimming pool is not heated.

Fire pit rules:
– Please do not move the firepit
– Once the initial supply of wood has depleted, guests are required to provide any additional wood.
– If there is a fire ban in place, fire pit is not to be used.
