THE LOCATION
Here you are located just a short 5 minute drive to the Orange CBD where you will find a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs.

Orange Botanic Gardens where you will find the kids adventure playground, as well as some beautiful walking tracks through the gardens are only a 3 minute drive away.
North Orange Woolworths complex and McDonalds are also a short 5 minute drive away.

Our famous vineyards and cellar doors are only a 10-15 minutes drive away.

Guests will have access to the entire villa for the duration of their stay.

Walk, Car, Taxi or Uber

– The owner lives on the property in the front house. You will still have your own privacy and no spaces are shared apart from driving in and out of the driveway.
– The sofa bed can be made up for an additional two guests to sleep in the loungeroom. Please let us know if you wish for this to happen so we can arrange extra linen.
