Skye’s Beach House is splendidly located across from the beach in Malua Bay.
This home is on the top story with views out to the beach and balcony.
It’s located a few minutes walk from Malua surf beach and local shops. A fully equipped kitchen, (including Thermomix), wifi, smart TV and linens makes this house an easy and very comfortable place to escape to this holiday season.

– Perfect for a family with older children. 8 can sleep really comfortably in the flexible bedding arrangements.
– Coffee machine – Nespresso ( some pods supplied to get you started)
– Basics like sugar, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and oil are supplied to get you started.
– You can buy any other supplies at the local supermarkets or bring them with you.
– Pots, pans, cutlery & crockery supplied
– Just bring your own beach towels.

Having a car is highly recommended. There is parking in the driveway.
There is a bus to Batemans Bay – (number 860) with a stop on George Bass Drive.
Taxis and local club courtesy transport also service the area. Sober Bob is a service where you can be picked up and have your car driven home for a price similar to a taxi. I good option to make sure you are safe.

Skyes Beach House is a 3 minute walk to Malua Beach. This beach is the main surf beach for Batemans Bay. It is visible from and lies just off George Bass Drive, and has a grassy park that backs the entire beach. The park contains a picnic area and playground as well as the Batemans Bay SLSC in the centre.

There is an IGA, Pharmacy, Bottleshop and takeaway shops literally across the road from the house.

The balustrade on the balcony has gaps between it that a young child/toddler or infant could easily climb through or over and hurt themselves if they fell.

This property is the upstairs quarters of a 6 bedroom house. You can rent the whole house if it’s available or just upstairs or down stairs depending on your needs.

We prefer 7 night bookings during peak season – which includes the summer school holidays.
