Paver Park Estates is a mid-20th century residential development east of downtown Sarasota. Homes for sale here draw the buyers’ attention because of the estates’ superb location. Recently the walking and biking “Legacy Trail” was routed along the edge of the neighborhood.
The acreage of Paver Park Estates spreads between Shade and Tuttle Avenues. This site is only about a quarter mile south of the eastern terminus of downtown’s Main Street and Ringling Boulevard. This community is wedged close to two other charming suburban downtown neighborhoods—Alta Vista and Ringling Park.
