Comfy family home in an upper middle class neighborhood central to everything Sarasota. Four miles to Siesta Key beach, one mile to a grocery store, 2 miles to major shopping plaza.

Grill by the pool, enjoy the weather under a large screened in deck area and cook family meals in the ample kitchen with updated appliances. We have beach chairs and plenty of towels for your siesta excursion.

Pool heating available please inquire. Sorry but NO pets.

The left wing has a master en-suite, large walk in closet and sliding glass doors to a private out-door patio. Across the hall are 2 smaller bedrooms with a full bathroom. Each bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably with a bunk bed in one and a Queen in the other. Price is reflective of a minimum 28 night stay. Please inquire for special date request.

On the right wing of the home is the second Master En-suite with a walk in closet and french doors leading to the pool patio. Open the doors and let the fresh air fill your room at night.

The kitchen is updated and includes everything you would need to cook family meals. A brand new 6 cup fresh coffee grinder/ maker is supplied with a starter coffee collection. Both the kitchen and living room have views of the pool. Fitting 8 to 10 people in the indoor living room for lounging is no problem. There’s even a side living are for kids to play games.

Outside is a new grill with seating enough to feed everyone near the pool. We have extras like beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Entire House

Our minimum age is 25 for at least two people in the group. From time to time we are flexible depending on the circumstance. Please let me know your ages, how many in the group and a little about yourself.
