HEATING/COOLING
For the cooler months, there is central ducted heating and an open fireplace in the living room. There are ceiling fans throughout in both the living rooms and bedrooms.

THE LOCATION
From Dunkley House, you are walking distance to many of Bathurst’s well known cafes, pubs, parks and restaurants. Across the road is The Grind Cafe which is open from 6am, 7 days a week.

Within 2 blocks you’ll find both the Bathurst City Centre and the Armada Shopping Centre, beautiful Machattie Park, Crema cafe, Cobblestone Lane, Webb & Co, plus the famous Annie’s Ice Cream Parlour and Bake, Table & Tea.

Guests will have the whole home to enjoy during their stay.

– We provide firewood and gas lighters only for the firepit. Firelighters and/or kindling are the responsibility of the guest. From time to time, the lighters can be misplaced so we do ask that you bring your own just in case and reach out to us if you cannot find one upon your arrival.
