HEATING/COOLING
The dining room has a split system. The front living room has as a gas wall heater as well as an additional split system. Each bedroom has it’s own free standing heater for extra comfort in those colder months.

THE LOCATION
From Seymour House, you are within walking distance to many of Bathurst’s well known cafes, pubs, parks and restaurants. Just down the road is The famous Hub Cafe and delicious pub – Elephant and Castle. You are also just minutes from the Train Station and University.

Within 2 blocks you’ll find both the Bathurst City Centre and the Armada Shopping Centre, beautiful Machattie Park, Crema cafe, Cobblestone Lane, Webb & Co, plus the famous Annie’s Ice Cream Parlour and Bake, Table & Tea.

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.
