HEATING/COOLING
For the cooler months, there is central ducted heating and an electric fireplace in the living room. There are ceiling fans throughout in the living room and upstairs bedrooms.

Positioned between Duntryleague and Wentworth Golf Course, this home is perfectly located in a well established area close to some great walking tracks and family parks.

In less than a 5 minutes drive you will find yourself in the CBD of Orange. Here; you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and more.

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.
