Sunny Landings is situated in the award-winning, all age, Luxury RV and Vacation Resort of Sun Outdoors Sarasota. The Resort offers over 150 activities for your active and social lifestyle, heated swimming pool, mega waterslide with splash pad, hot tub, walking paths, a catch and release lake, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, health club with gym and fitness center, miniature golf, horseshoes, volleyball, arts, crafts, dog parks, live entertainment and more! The Resort offers a poolside bar and grill and restaurant.

Sunny Landings is conveniently located to beautiful beaches such as Siesta Key and Venice Beach, museums, The Ringling, Busch Gardens Tampa, Florida State Parks, Florida Aquarium, Warm Mineral Springs, and many other awesome attractions.

Minimum 7 night rental.

The space:
1-bedroom home with attached lanai and outdoor patio. Sleeps 3.

Main bedroom features a queen bed with a large closet and bureaus.

Living room features a sitting area with a pull out sofa, a Smart flat screen TV and DVD player. Guests can log into their Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Prime Video, etc. accounts. Cable channels are available.

Kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and all the necessities; utensils, dinnerware, pots/pans, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove. Set up your meal creation on the dining room table.

Bottled water is required for consumption. Guests must provide their own bottled water for consumption.

Enclosed lanai features a cozy nook area that includes two wicker chairs and table and a second living room area with a couch, recliner and Smart flat screen TV.

Washing machine and dryer are an added convenience. We don’t provide detergent so bring a few pods/detergent with you if you’ll be doing laundry.

Outside on the patio you’ll find chairs to enjoy the sunny Florida days.

Charcoal grill is located on the patio area.

Private Wi-Fi is available. No land line is available.

Cleaning and supplies: This is self-catered vacation rental (a limited supply of consumables is provided – 1 toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage bag). Each property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

Guests should bring their own pool/beach towels.

20 minutes from Sarasota Bradenton International Airport.

Sunny Landings is easily accessible from the main entrance. Onsite parking for one vehicle.

It is located within close proximity to everything Florida has to offer! Beaches, fishing, boating, museums, State and National Parks, shopping and more!

Golf Carts are allowed in the Resort. Bring your own or rent one from the Main Office.

Guests must adhere to the Resort Rules.

Guest access:
We offer contactless entry access. We are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We are knowledgeable with the surrounding area, feel free to ask questions. Call or text.

A binder, located on the dining table, provides local attractions, area dining and instructions for appliances.

House Rules:
– Minimum 7 night rental
– Guests are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement prior to arrival to comply with Pond Life’s Terms of Service, HomeOwner’s association rules or local laws or regulations.
– ID verification prior to arrival
– Park Management approval is required
– Direct Bookings / VRBO Bookings: $500 Damage Deposit will be held on Guest’s credit card 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
– Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
– House Rules must be followed
– Quiet time is between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am
– Not pet friendly. If any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
– No fires, fireworks
– No parties, events, large gatherings, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
– Bottled water is required for consumption
-Please be considerate when using cooking spices. We all love flavor, but some smells permeate longer than your stay. Any excessive odor may result in additional fees charged. Do not cook with strong aromatic foods and heavy spices inside the cabin, please use the outside grill.
– No smoking is allowed in or around any property. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
– Parents should be aware of where kids are at all times and young children should be supervised at the resort
– Parents take full responsibility for their children at the resort
– Leaving the property tidy, washing dishes, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
– Security Deposit – if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
– If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $100.
– Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
– Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
– All properties managed by Pond Life Vacation Rentals have on-site devices for the safety and security of guests and the home. Any attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt or remove these devices will lead to fines and/or eviction without a refund. This home has the following devices: Security Camera System – Exterior only; Sound Decibel Monitor – does not record, monitors noise level, located in common areas throughout the home.
-The number of guests listed on the booking reservation is considered the maximum number of guests approved and authorized to be on the property, staying the night or visiting. A guest is any adult or child at the property. No unauthorized guests on the property at any time. Disregarding this is cause for booking being terminated and guests being asked to vacate the property. No refunds will be given. Guests will be charged $100 per night per person for guests exceeding the approved number of guests.
