There is a split system in the kitchen area and a gas fireplace in the living room. In bedrooms 1 & 4 there is a wall heater.

THE LOCATION
Located in arguably the best block in Orange, surrounded by beautiful heritage homes, you really won’t need to use your car to access many of our wonderful attractions.

Duntry League is only a minute drive away so this house is the perfect spot for golfers looking to stay in Orange.

Sweet Summer is only minutes from the gorgeous Cook Park, Omar Cafe, the famous Byng St Cafe, the Gladstone Hotel, Ferment wine bar, St Josephs Church and only 3 blocks or so from Lolli Redinis ‘SMH hatted’ restaurant, the Union Bank Wine bar & Zona Restaurant.

Vineyards, Cellar Doors, Bushwalks etc. are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.
