This home has ducted heating and cooling throughout as well as an extra reverse cycle system in the second lounge room for all year round comfort.

THE LOCATION
Located just moments from the famous Byng St Cafe and a stone’s throw from the CBD, you really won’t need to use your car.

Within 2-3 blocks you’ll find the CBD, Cook Park, Zona, Byng St Cafe, the Union Bank Bar and Restaurant, Lolli Redinis (hatted) Restaurant, Duntryleague Golf Course and the Greenhouse of Orange.

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.
