Full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one shower and bathtub) a large living room, a large dining room, and a dorm room with bunk beds. The Master Bedroom has a Serta Memory Foam Queen size mattress and the guest bedroom has a full size/double bed. There is also a large and very comfortable couch in the living room.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies and condiments. Also, there is a full-service grocery store less than 1/2 mile (0.8 km) away.
A door code will be sent to you with additional check in instructions. Guests have access to the full home. Parking on premises is limited but street parking is always available. All amenities are provided for guests!
The owner travels approximately 5 months of the year. If he is in town, you will most likely cross his path at some point. Otherwise, our staff is available for any help or suggestions you may need.
Check-in and parking instructions are very detailed, 99% of our guests make it in with no issues. We might not be able to assist you after 10PM. Please make sure you receive instructions via Airbnb on the day of arrival at noon. We don’t have a phone number set on our Airbnb account, our phone number is in the check-in instructions. If you don’t get the instructions, please let us know in advance.
The neighborhood is in the popular downtown area of Lafayette, La. This historic area is generally quiet during the day with light to moderate foot traffic and occasional bicycles. Perfect for guests that want to experience all of the attractions of downtown! All shops, restaurants, and attractions are only a short walk/drive away!
This home is near the airport, downtown bus/train station, bikes are also popular downtown, and even use Uber or Lyft if you would like! There is plenty of available parking downtown if you have your own vehicle though!
This is a multi unit property: there is a cottage in the back and a Loft upstairs with private entrances that are NOT part of this listing.
